Neck update. No doctor, today I'm thinking it could be my right trap. It has improved, I can swivel my head better, but still immediate headache if I jerk in any way.

Heavy bench 2 on freaking whacked schedule.
Goal is 85% for 3x2
Close grip bench
Tried close grip incline and got bicep pain.
Did a couple PRs on single-arm dumbell overheads. 100lbs then 110 but I need to work on lockout. Can't hold at the top.
