Consisted of white rice, chcolate bunnie, chocolate peanu butter puffs, fruity pebbles, ice cream, and hash brown potatoes. This will be the biggest backload ill ever have on this protocol. For now on it'll be based on the mirror but ill start with 2x body weight on carbs on workout days
