Wednesday OHP
Back did not feel good today, but I felt better once I loosened up. Hit a log pr, so it could not have been told bad

Log clean and press

5 pounds over my comp weight. I did not feel strong today, but focused and somehow hit a pr

Close grip bench
135 x 2 x 10

Solid numbers, I need to get used to the fact that bench is no longer a main movement. I like OHP so much better though

Dips

Triceps were dying

Pull ups

Just enough to get blood flowing and pull the shoulders back

Solid session today, happy with my log pr. I think I have a lot more in the tank on a day where I feel good.

Stepped on the scale today, a little disappointing. I weighed in at 214.5. Down 4 pounds, not acceptable. I plan to double my coconut oil intake, and go back to beef for lunch. Chicken just does not have the calories. Time to focus
