Nice slow 10 minutes jog follow by nice stretching. Drank my Juggernaut HP at the same time and hit the weight room aright after that.

Nice stretching follow by 20 minutes in the sauna. I finished the routine full of energy and felt good afterward. I am going to be adding chains to my squats next week….and I feel sorry already for me!!!

Thursday is swimming, stretching, light cardio day...Not much going on...see you then.
