Thumbs up 605 Squat & Deadlift @227 lbs.

Last week the weights felt heavy and when I say heavy I mean 500 lbs. felt like 600 on deadlift and 275 felt like 315 on bench…I just had a very down week and my confidence was down big time 3 weeks out from a meet. Friday I went to the gym angry and pissed off and hit a 5 lb. PR on squat 605 and yesterday I pulled 605 another 5 lb. PR. This was only my 2nd time ever squatting and deadlifting 600 and I did it 15 lbs. lighter. What I’m trying to say is when you have a down week in the gym, don’t quit! Go back the next day angry and redeem yourself! 17 days untill the APA Frisco Classic April 13th!!!
