I am very happy with today's session!


I have been on quite a roll lately, I love it! I was logging my reps in this journal, and forgot to change the weight from the second set of deads and ended up doing the same weight in the third set.


I left the barbell on the floor after my deadlifts, which I normally don't do, and during my first set of chins, the 45 pounder hanging from my dip belt clanked into the barbell, threw me off big time! lol, I don't know if I would have gotten the 6th rep had I not done that, but I would like to think that I would have




This may be the last back workout for a couple of weeks. Weather permitted, I am going camping from 4/4-7. It may be super cold in northern Pa., where I camp and fish, if not snowing, so we may end up cancelling. If we cancel, I will resume the workouts next Wednesday.
