Hips took an age to warm up, left was painful. Cut depth a tad on most to avoid the lower back pump due to butt wink and save the hip.

Presses were ok, top set took it out of me. No push press as strongman on Sunday.

Felt like loading the bar and moving some heavy shit from the floor. Not pretty and not arsed.

Can't help but pull stupid faces.
