Working Night Shifts & Rotating Shifts & Training
Any other folks out there working shift work?? Night shifts, rotating between days evenings and nights like me??
How do folks find the energy to train? What strategies do folks use?
It knocks the crap out of me.
Finished work at 7am today, bed 7:30 am . . .awake at Midday.
Should be training today, Bench, Squat.
