beans on toast? try having some eggs and some kind of carb...if your trying to gain weight. i have 16oz egg whites with two piece of Ezekiel bread with pb on it. Eggs are cheap you can u can just have a few whole eggs and some toast. fats and fiber/carbs make your meal "slower digesting". personally i eat before bed no matter what I'm doing, dieting or bulking. You have to think you are fasting for 6 to 8 hrs thats like your missing 2 to 3 meals
