3/27: Day 10.5 of ULC (post workout this evening will be CBL)
Weight: 166.2lbs -> probably went up a little due to sodium intake yesterday (increased because I was feeling sluggish) and because I didn't lift.
Waist: 30.5in !!
Thoughts: With a change in BW during the prep phase of ~5.75lbs, according to the delta chart I should shoot for 523g of carbs for my first backload. This is usually the biggest backload and after that they'll probably be closer to 2g carbs/lb of bw. Stay tuned for the food (and possible pics).
