It wasn't really a great day. A few weeks ago I hit 455 to a half board pretty easy. I couldn't lock out 435. It came off my chest really easy, but at lock out my left stalled 95.013% the way up. It felt like I couldn't fire my tris, ad all. I may just need to do more upper end work. I'm not sure about this meet either. There have been things on the home front that I have been ignoring in lieu of training and other shit I wanted to do. Now the things I NEED to do, are becoming pressing issues. I will train like I am going, but I really need to think all of this over. The APF Southern States meet is in October, and that gives me more than adequate time to prep.
