*Besides feeling it in my chest and Tri's I also started getting a pump in my lats and upper back.
3 sets of 12,10,10 w/ 10lb DB's
3 sets of 10,8,6 x 60lbs (+10lbs)
Nothing but PR's this cycle, hoping to do the same this next cycle.
