Cycle 3, 3's Week, Day 1
Incline Press (goal 50 in total, starting at 50%)
Tricep pushdowns (goal 30)
Kettlebell side raterals
I hit the prescribed reps for the top set and left some in the tank. Reps came out easy and paused and that's a big progress because until now i was kind of bouncing off chest from 80kg and over. Besides, I love the new accessory work, it offers some great all around work. By the way I gained 1.5 kg for the last two weeks. Moving up, slow but steady.
