Steve, I think I saw that she doesn't do DL's.

BTW KP, something as little as this can make a big difference on isolating the lats better on pull downs. Make sure you don't wrap your thumbs around the bar. Place your thumb on top of the bar. Not sure why, but it helps remove more bicep and place more on the lats.
