3/26 (Day 10 of ULC): Morning weight is 165.4lbs. This is 6lbs less than my pre-prep weight. Technically I'll be ULC for 11 days since today is a rest day. Will measure my weight tomorrow morning, use the delta chart and then have my first backload post squats + accessory tomorrow.
It's been an interesting "ride" to say the least lol. I really enjoy eating lots of protein and fats but the carbs are definitely important for someone of my age/bf%/activity level in terms of gym performance.
