- Treadmills - Any time I try to stay "Steady state" on anything more than a brisk walk pace..... IT just kills me.
- BARBELL Rows - Oh my god Blasphemy, but theres a mix between "Am I doing this right? Am I bouncing too much? Am I going to pull my back on the next rep?"...
- Most ab work above 8 reps - Oh and I hate Ab roll outs... I do a few and end up on my face.
- Front Squats are a love/hate relationship.
Of course I LOVE walking around alot. And I love any kind of row as long as its not a barbell.
