Haha, I would agree though. If the session was on Friday as planned it would have been fine but it left me trashed for yesterday still.

Ye, I'd had problems with my hook on the build-ups but couldn't be bothered wrapping straps. My lockouts tend to be pretty soft hook gripped with heavy singles, need to work on that.

Squats were rough so called it. Bench was crap, right shoulder wouldn't stay in and left lat/intercostals were tender getting into position and unracking.
Need to start doing a little more outside of the gym for thoracic and shoulders, maybe a little hips.
