Thanks Alan - indeed, I have never felt better nor more excited. This time is going to be different, I can just feel it. I even decided, with the help of Mrs Squatter, to resume my MedX Back Bitch rehab on Tuesday. I have only 5 sessions left, which will be done over 2.5 weeks. This will make my lower back even stronger before the meet. That machine has been a Godsend to me, even tho I hate it.
