Monday me squats
Did not go too great today, got some serious pain in my back when the weights got heavy. I am thinking of avoiding back squats for a bit. Going towards making front squats my primary movement.

Squats
145 x 2 x 5
235 x 3, 2
325 x 2 singles
375 x 1 some pain
415 x 1 pain
This did not feel good, was high because it hurt. I think I also get out of my groove when it gets heavy. I at least will switch to more of an Olympic style squat

Front squats
145 x 2 x 5
195 x 3 x 3
These felt pretty good, need to get used to them and the weight will move up quickly

Band hip work
5 sets x 20 reps

Reverse hyper
3 x 10-15

My back is being weird, it only hurts at certain angles. I did strongman with minimal discomfort and then today on squats it kills me. Not sure what to do, may have to become a front squat specialist and see if that works.

If nothing else I may have to take some serious time off. Not going to get too extreme yet.
