Thank you gents, after a day or two off its always harder
Solid night of lifting, I benched triples with short rests with 97.5kg, I then hit the squats with chains, this time starting with speed sets between 60-70+% bar weight plus chains and working to a top single, not a max but heavy enough as the wife was on my ass to finish up.
