Decided here that I'll be taking the remainder of the week "off." I need a sort of mental health week from lifting. Not that anything was particularly hard today, I just wasn't in to it at all. The time off will do be good, I'll just take one less week of CMS Competition Prep, and I'll redo this session in one week.
