Week off did wonders, felt fat and lazy when I walked in today haha - but well rested! Weighed about 3 pounds heavier than normal ~220.
Lots of warmup to get shoulders ready, just felt tight.
285x5 Wanted at least 8..started the set and was like WTF this is waay too light. Thought I did the math wrong, got up, counted, laid back down to finish the set haha. Probably ~30 seconds rest.
Previous best was 280x8...Really pleased here. I think I have found my perfect tuck, will have to video at some point.
