Will do folks! I feel really good. T minus 12 days and counting.
Deadlifts today and I threw in some Bench and Squat sets for the heck of it. Just wanted to blast some light weights, and maybe a little cardio, haha.
BIG week 17
warmups: Swings and hig and hamstring stuff, 1 set reverse hypersx 15
1x 315, 335 (probably open with 150 Kg)
Squat: 12x 135
Some back yoga and hamstring stretches
There you go. Hit bench opener wed and Squat opener on Fri and then it's a week of sleeping and resting to get ready. Weight is close, hopefully hit 198 by Friday, then ease a little further down next week so I can eat breakfast before the weigh in!

Best gym lifts: Sq 375, Bench 280 (pause), DL 385 @205 or less
