Thanks Ravi & Lisa - the old bawd better give me more strength than volume next time! What is more insane is that I have a meet coming up in 6 weeks!

I was also hoping to compete in the CPU (Canadian Powerlifting Union) Provincial qualifier on April 20th, but no way will I be able to prepare that fast. Too bad really, as I was really looking forward to that one as I wanted to lift in that Fed as well. The Fed the Crew belongs to is GPC Canada.

To get a 405 yesterday meant alot to me, as it will always be a special milestone. I am never disappointed when I can at least pull 405. Never.
