Randoja, I have no issues with their customer service, however, I'm not prepared to wait while mailing this one back and then receiving a new tub. Being in a deployed location means that could be up to 2 weeks without my staple supplement. With the food situation here, that would not go well. I'm going to do what most of us do when we get a supp that we don't like the taste, bear down and eat it.
