Yeah, it was pretty nice. I wish there had been heavier weights, but oh well. Anything is better than nothing? I'm not too worried about the legs cuz they always come back strong, even after long breaks. I'm not used to high reps anymore, so I got kinda winded. If you look at the rest of the log, you can understand why!
