Sunday light bodybuilding
I like doing this on Sunday just a little extra pressing and arm work. I think once I start doing stones on Saturdays, this day will be more limited. But I figure I do not do any upper body until Wednesday so why not

Klokov press
95 x 8
115 x 2 x 6
95 x 10

Bb curls
45 x 20
65 x 15
95 x 3 x 8

Pushdowns
Unsure of weight x 5 sets x 10-20 reps

Lateral raises
5 sets x 8 reps

This only took about 35 minutes, it is nice to start your day with a good pump up session. Max squats tomorrow
