Friday got another "comeback" PR of a set of 5 deadlifts with 380. Had at least 1 and a half more, but I'd rather stay true to the technique. Could be the easiest 380x5 I've ever done. I really focused on pushing with my legs Friday.
Yesterday I did 125 5x5 on the press. I'm not sure if that's more than I've done in the past. It's at least a tie of what I did sometime last summer. Best I've done is 145x5.
All done about 10-15 pounds lighter too than before. That's nice.
