*Was not feeling it today, I ate McDonalds for breakfast and it messed my stomach up, I had to shit twice before going to the gym and once more when I got home.. By the time I got through my first work set I was sweatin and breathing hard so I just decided to do singles, added one more confidence builder set and got the PR! Thought I had 285 in me but, couldn't do it.. Though I am happy I reached my goal.
