Thanks guys, I feel my upper body progression seems to be going smooth, I noticed I'm more like a robot on those days.. I don't really think about the weight or get emotionally involved. Unlike my squat/dead days I start overthinking and get emotional about making the lift and trying to psyche myself up. So I'm going to work on being more calm/relaxed about my lower body days and just focus on form and moving the weight.
