Deadlifted yesterday pretty hard. Actually took the deadlifts too hard. Military press, more back work, and arms today. Added more volume than I normally do. Lifted more and longer than my usual Saturday and went to Golden Corral's prime rib buffet earlier. I had enough food to make me nearly too sick to walk. 2 hours later, I'm hungry again. This is why I love lifting.
