I haven't taken a heavy squat in a long while. Today was the day. It all felt good, but I could tell its been a while since I've hit serious weight. My best is a 455 squat. I believe I could go bigger at this point, but I won't push it till after this meet. Depending on how Wednesday goes, I my have to circle one less item on my entry. I'm doing bench regardless, but if pulling in a suit continues to be full of suck, I won't do it.
