Saturday strongman
Today was a little rough, need to practice yoke more. I went to the gym and did yoke then came home for farmers. Think I should switch the order of this

Yoke
-about 40 ft each
180 x 2
250 x 2
380 x 2
580 x 1 too heavy, killed my back
380 x 3

Farmers walk
-about 60 ft each
160 each hand x 2
210 x 2
250 x 1
Took too much time between events got distracted

The real work today was moving the weights haha. Had to carry 100 pound plates upstairs at the gym then had to carry all my weights outside for farmers. Brutal

Felt pretty good, once the weather gets nicer I will make some stones and hopefully buy my own yoke
