3/23: woke up weighing 165.6 this morning. Looking and feeling lean. Although I may have accidentally goofed on ulc last night.
After the music concert I was at, I stopped at 7-11 and bought/ate 20 hot wings. Hey didnt have any sauce but the BBQ version tasted a little sweet. About five were BBQ (once again, no sauce).
Should I redo my prep phase? I tried looking everywhere and couldn't find reliable, consistent nutrition info for 711 wings.
Any tips? I'm debating just assuming I'm ok and continue with the prep phase without extending it. Thoughts?
