Strong working Kuyt ... this is one brutal program no doubt ... First of all decide one thing ... whether you want to complete 12 reps on all sets or progressing the wts. in each session. It will be difficult to maintain same no. of reps when you are adding the plates. There may be a drop of one or two reps when you are progressing in wts., try to get them in next session ... just my opinion ... I think it's time to consult coach Fazc ....
