Bench conditioning

This is actually my day for bench, but I opted to do some conditioning aka high rep madness.

Swiss bar Bench
95x10
135x10
185x5
225x3
275x3

Straight bar bench
275x5
Added bench daddy
315x10
405x15...(PR)

That's enough, saving it for Sunday deadlift. Very pleased with this performance, i may just get 600lb in the bench daddy before the meet!
