Friday quick conditioning
Did not feel too great today, think I was dehydrated and stressed so took it kinda light

Warm ups
Rolling, mobility drills etc

Ladder work
Random agility drills on ladder, short rest
Total about 20 minutes

5 sprints x 20 yards

1 giant set of ladder, every drill I could think of for one time through with out stopping
Brutal

That is it, strongman tomorrow
