now, I was here to win, so I put 237.5kg as my third, to up my record by 7.5kg. This was a VERY conservative attempt. I killed it easily...but called on depth. The judging here was BEYOND strict. You had to be four inches deep to get anything passed. Whatever, I was still only 5kg off my PB with the 225 and I was 30kg up on my only competitor

fucking destroyed it. Red lights for ass up. Lol what???? There was no way. I didnt even use leg drive. Whatever again, i was here to win, so i took it again and let my legs dangle loose. Killed it. Went 137.5kg for a 300+ bench for the first time ever. Absolutely ate it for dinner. Wanted to go for 145 that day, but stupid first attempt fucked me. Lost a bit of a lead here as other guy benched 152 or something.

lolol joooooke. 245kg second for a 5kg meet PB. Also a joke and secured the win
for a third I had two options. Go for the total 105kg jr record or the deadlift and the total. So i did the latter and went 258kg. Absoltuely fucked killed it.

Overall, I think I could have gone 245, 145, 272.5, but instead I went 225, 137.5, 258. However, I added a national champ gold medal, a deadlift record and the total record to my squat record, so I guess I'm happy with it.
