Thanks guys.... Trainers at Gym like these crack me up. It's pathetic really..Glad I have two and soon to be 3 different Gyms to work out of.

Yesterday and Todays Workouts..

Shoulders went good.. No pain still... YAH.. No PR's, but solid weight and smooth.

Deadlifts... Moved Deads to the end of the week and Squats to the First of the week. Makes a HUGE Difference in my Deads as I'm still sore and recovering from Squats. So I think I'll rotate Squats and Deads each Cycle. So every 4 -5 Weeks. My Squats have improved.. So that's good..
