I don't eat any of the above, except to say I just buy my meat/beef at Costco. It seems it's getting to the point where we cannot trust or eat anything. Even organic food isn't all what it's cracked or hyped to be. The week I was off of work, I ended up watching Dr Oz everyday. Each day, he and his buddies were telling people don't eat that. Each day had a theme, like what to eat/not eat to prevent Alzheimer's, what to eat for longevity, what to eat to lose fat fast, etc. At the end of the day, he was advocating becoming a vegetarian. Even wild fish was a big no-no because the ocean is our sewer.

My late father was a butcher, and we always ate meat everyday. As some of you may know, I was recently told by an internal medicine specialist that I have the internal health/cell structure of a 25 year old. How on Earth could this be after eating poison all my life?

PS - don't eat strawberries or you will die. They are apparently difficult to grow and are laced with everythingacide.
