I really don't know if anyone has covered this point because I haven't read all the replies, but the body gets used to doing set things at set times of the day, so an initial swap across may be something your body rebels against, in some form or other, until it gets used to the time of day that you settle on.

Teaching your body to accept a different time of day for your training may be something you have to just work through until it settles into it.
