Form/speedy deadlift day
Likely my last deadlift day before the meet
pulls against monster minis + 1 set of chains
Set up felt great and all pulls moved about the same speed
-Safety squat bar front squats x 4 sets -first time I have done these and it didnt take much weight to do the job lol
-quad extensions x 3
-Lat pull downs x 5
Since we are having a family cookout tomorrow, I had to lift a day early. I usually speed squat before my pulls but I was still tired from benching yesterday. Thats cool though I consider eating large amounts of fatty meat part of my training routine!
Very pleased with my pull throughout this training cycle and I am very excited to see what I have on meet day!
If all other lifts go well, my opener will be around 675 to give me a small pr total
