Nice lifting. Love the dumbell reppage. Awesome lifting tutorial. Not sure the camera angle is the most flattering for you, but there was a cat cameo so it's all good.

Chest? Uh....bench press? You know the thing you want to max out on soon? Just sayin'

Post a video of those 100 lb hammers! I gotta see that! I'm sure there's some english involved, no worries. But just the stones to even conceive trying it. I love it.

I tried to clean a couple 80 lb DBs once and almost killed myself. There's that moment right when they start to come up where you really question your sanity and life choices. Seeing you with that look on your face with 100s would be worth all the tea in china.
