Day 16

Today everything went smooth...short day dough!!!

Took my Raspberry Juggernaut, ran for 8 minutes to warm up...and went straigth to the squat rack.

Box squats

10 x bar

10 x 135

5 x 225

5 x 5 @ 315lbs

Front squats

3 x 5 @ 315lbs

3 x 5 @ 225lbs

Goodmorning

2 x 10 @ 225lbs

Lying leg curls

5 x 10 @ 60lbs

Call the day at this point. Went to the sauna for 15 minutes. Stretch a little bit in there. Ready for tomorrow which is only a little bid of swimming and treadmill...will take video in the pool but I don't think you guys want to see my SPEEDO's LoL!

Saturday is going to be rest day for me and I'm coming back on Sunday with ME Day...Will be taking video of some of this.
