Wed March 20th
Rep Bench 2
1x6 w/ 80%

205lbsx6 ring finger on ring

40lb dumbell bench
First set 25 reps and then four sets x20

Straight bar face pulls,pushups and light curls. And rotators.

Expected better benching, oh well. As long as I get 275-285+ on max day I will be happy.
