Last heavy bench day before meet.
put shirt on (very early trying to make a new shirt work.. and it didnt)
Off 3 board
605x1 (slow as dirt)
changed shirts. off half board
635x1 (little better then slow as dirt)
rope tricep push downs x 3 sets
rope face pulls x 3 sets
Not a bad day. Kind of disappointed my new shirt doesn't work. Just way to big. My training partner and I will be sharing his shirt at the meet in 3 weeks haha!
I will probably open at 645 on meet day
