Today was my day off.. I'm suppose to it Deads tomorrow, but I think I'll hit Shoulders and save deads for Friday. My quads are still sore from Monday's Squats..

Yesterday when I went into do Bench. There was a guy there still talking about how I was squating so low and you never see guys do that...

One of the Personal trainers they have there I guess it was his squat day too. As I was switching my shoes out. He asked if he could work in. I said, As long as you can keep up... He stayed for 2 warm up sets and moved on. Doing 1/2 squats to boot. I say him over there with the Preacher bar for Curls doing squats....LOL True story... All I could do was shake my head and feel sad for the guy.
