Day 15

Mix 1 scoop raspberry and 1 scoop pink lemonade Juggernaut HP and is mighty good. Strong, freshener and straight to the point.

Cardio

Treadmill 18 minutes

Sauna for 10 minutes

DB Press with Shrug Combo @ 100lbs. (by combo I mean after the press, do not throw the dumbbells to the ground, just lower them to my chest, stand up, and start shrugging).

3 x 100lbs x 10

Pull over

3 x 100lbs x 10

Bend over Lat raise

3 x 25lbs x 20

Over head Tri's extension

3 x 100lbs x 20

Tri's Pull down

3 x 50lbs x 12

Sauna 15 more minute

Great feeling, full of energy, exhausted but most is because I add cardio which is not much but is close to two hours in the gym. For sure I see changes already. Hopefully I don't hurt to much my squats with this run. Is only for another 4 wks. I'm good to go after that .
