THATS ALL I HAVE GOT THE LURGEY.

NEXT LOWER DAY I AM GOING TO DROP A BIT OF WEIGHT OFF THE DEADLIFT AND SET A REP GOAL OF 15 OR 20 AND DO SOME REPS WORK.
