Apologies for the lack of updates..

Here's today's workout:

Dose: 1 scoop

Deadlifts: 135x5, 175x4, 225x3, 275x2, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1
DB rows: 80x10, 90x10, 95x10
Seated cable rows: 115x15, 130x15, 145x15
Smith machine shrugs: 225x15, 295x12, 315x12
Upright rows, smith machine: 135x15
Sit ups: bw x 15, +45lbs x 12, +45lbs x 8, bw x 12

Last week hit a 435 DL, today hit my all-time PR of 455 - was actually scheduled to do that in 2 weeks, but felt strong today. Another fairly-slow rep, but not a "grinder" & no sticking point anywhere in the lift. Definitely stoked!! On track to finally hit 500. A hefty dose of Juggernaut will def be in the mix.

Cable rows definitely aren't my fave or strongest exercise, but I feel that I gotta do'em. Actually felt more in control with these reps - could also say the same for the DB rows. Forearm pump was strong today.
